Tower Construction served as Construction Manager for this 26,000 square foot project that included an expansion, addition and renovations to the existing space, all while the Market remained open for business. 

To create this beautiful expansive new market space, the existing exterior walls were shored, removed and replaced.  On the north end, the market was expanded into a vacant 5,000 square foot space and on the south end a 10,000 square foot two-story addition with basement was constructed.  The addition included a full commercial kitchen on the first floor with a second floor bar, restaurant and outdoor patio/dining area.
