Tower Construction has served as Emagine Entertainment’s Constructing Manager exclusively since 2011. This highly valued relationship led to Tower Construction’s first out of state projects in Frankfort, IL and Lake Geneva, WI. It also provided us with the honor of constructing the largest cinema screens in the Midwest at Emagine Novi and Emagine Canton.

Construction of the Emagine Frankfort was similar to Emagine Macomb, and the facility boasts all the amenities that Emagine Entertainment has become known for. With a larger footprint at 72,000 square feet, Tower Construction renovated a former grocery store into a 10-theater full-service entertainment venue. This was Tower’s first out of state project and was completed on schedule for the grand opening charity event on January 20, 2017.
Tower Construction served as Construction Manage on this complete renovation of an old existing movie theater into a state of the art Emagine Theater. Tower completed the 30,500 square foot facility ahead of schedule and Emagine opened its doors in signature fashion with a charity event on August, 28, 2018
This project was part of the incredible transformation of the Palladium Building performed by Tower Construction. Located on the 5th floor, the project was a complete renovation of the lobby area, five existing theaters, and included a new concessions area with causal seating as well as a full commercial kitchen, bar and dining area.

Similar to the Emagine Macomb and Frankfort theaters, this project was the conversion of a 55,000 SF grocery store into a nine auditorium entertainment venue that opened on schedule with a charity event March 17, 2017.
