Tower Construction is the Construction Manager for the jaw dropping Billings Place Apartments located on Main Street in Royal Oak. 

The five-story 109,000 square foot building features 65 luxury apartments with floor to ceiling windows, heated indoor parking, a sky lounge, and numerous amenities that include a fitness center and movie viewing room.  The highlight of the high end finishes throughout will be the custom millwork and custom low voltage LED light fixtures in all common areas.

In addition to the apartment structure, which has a zero lot lines, our scope of work included demolition of the existing 15,200 SF Billings Lawn Equipment facility, typical sitework, new utility infrastructure and the installation of a 5,000 cubic foot detention system located under the building.

This incredible project is scheduled to be complete Fall of 2020.
