Tower Construction first began work at Emagine Canton in 2014 with the conversion of all 1,534 seats. This required reconstructing the concrete risers and installing all new power luxury recliners.
In 2016, a 24,000 square foot lobby and common area renovation was completed.
Then, in 2019, Tower Construction began construction of the 14,900 square foot Super Emax auditorium and party room addition. The addition is uniquely located in both Canton and Westland requiring coordination with both municipalities.
The addition included the largest cinema scope screen in the Midwest measuring 94 feet wide and 40 feet high.
