Tower Construction served as Construction Manager for the 750 Forest condominiums located in Birmingham, MI.  Our scope of work included the demolition of two commercial building, backfill of one basement, new utilities with private metering, construction of the building shell, white boxing of the units and finishes for the common areas.

This project was unique in that it had a zero-lot line requiring timber lagging to support the utilities and roads during the basement excavation.

The ground level is a combination of a lobby space and covered parking.  Other exterior features of the building include a green rooftop space with a pergola, outdoor cooking facilities and seating areas.  On the interior the common areas have paint and carpeting and each unit entry door and surround is adorned with book matched walnut. 

Construction of this stunning building was completed August 2019.
