Southfield Village
Location
Southfield Village is an 11-acre development located on the northwest corner of 12 Mile and Southfield Road. Serving as Construction Manager, our scope of work included the demolition of the existing St. Bede Church, a new utility infrastructure, a 52,339 CF underground detention system and the construction of the retail, apartments, clubhouse and garage buildings.
The two retail buildings total 32,000 square feet for which we provided the shell construction, white boxes and the build outs for the AutoZone, Sherwin Williams, Donut Bar and Jimmy Johns spaces.
The three apartment buildings, three stories each, consist of 118 units totaling 132,000 square feet. Separate garages make up 15,445 square feet along with a 3,116 square foot clubhouse with outdoor swimming pool.
Also included in this development was a 5,000 square foot Applebee’s restaurant located on the out lot at the north east corner of the property.
